Just a short drive from Downtown Delray, this incredible waterfront home is perfect for a family vacation!! Enjoy the breathtaking outdoor space complete with a large pool, dock, lounge chairs, gorgeous outdoor eating space and a relaxing sitting area. Inside the spacious 2700 sq ft home, cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped chefs kitchen. The beach, marinas, airports and many amazing restaurants are all nearby.

The Space

The home has 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queens in the other bedrooms. The last bedroom is currently being used as a media room, with luxury leather sofas. We have an air mattress for this room.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire private property, wonderful backyard and pool area and parking for 3 cars directly at the home :-) The home modern and very spacious. Located directly on the waterway, this gorgeous house is the perfect space for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The updated kitchen, wonderful entertainment area and work spaces and serene views provide a peaceful environment to relax after a great day at the beach or exploring the wonderful sights and activates in South Florida. The surrounding area is absolutely lovely and the home is very central to all that Delray Beach has to offer. You are sure to fall in love with this home!
