The Tropical Oasis on the Water is Paradise! The home is newly decorated with ultra comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV's throughout the home including cable and high speed internet. You will fall in love with this home! The atmosphere by the pool embodies all of the beauty that South Florida has to offer. The outdoor space surrounded by various lush Palms, banana trees, fantastic pool, brand new dock and gas barbecue make it the perfect environment to staycation in style! Help yourself to fresh mangoes from the large tree in the front yard. Yum! This home is pet friendly and we even have a life jacket for your pup when cruising the water on the kayaks :). The newly Heated Pool and new 40 foot dock are perfect for enjoying the outdoor area year round with wonderful outdoor hanging twinkle lights that surround the home. You will not want to leave the Tropical Oasis!
The guest has access to the entire property.
We love our furry friends and know it can be difficult to travel while finding a pet sitter so we are happy to welcome the whole family as the home is pet friendly! Just let us know ahead of time and we are happy to accommodate you. (Refundable pet deposit)
Using the Kayaks:
Use at your own risk. If you choose to use the Kayaks- you are liable for your own safety. All guests must wear a life jacket that is provided at the home when using kayak. Must be 18 years old or older to use Kayak or be supervised by a person over the age of 18. Use of kayaks is prohibited if you are intoxicated in anyway or are currently taking any kind of prescription medication for your own safety. Owner and Manager are NOT Liable or responsible for any kayak related injury, accident or event which may cause harm to the guests. In booking this property guests agree to the terms listed above.
Please do not go on or tamper with the boat that is on the boat lift by the dock. Thank you
