The private beach access is absolutely amazing and just steps away to the boardwalk.

*Pool & Spa will be available Upon Request ONLY. Please ask us in advance as this extra amenity provided is based strictly on availability. Open during select dates Spring and Summer Months 2024 :) Pool & Spa are located on the other side of the large privacy fence.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9:30 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

No events includes any bachelor, bachelorette, or engagement parties, or any work meetings.

**We allow only 8 people at the house total, including any who are not staying overnight.**

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
