Enjoy beach trips with provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler tote. The accommodation also features a large capacity washer and dryer with all necessary detergents, as well as an iron and board for clothing refreshment. KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS

-We have a minimum age requirement of 27y/o to be able to book the property.

-Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Evidence of pets will lead to a fine, and or further

- This property is not appropriate for small children, no efforts have been made to child- proof the property. Only children 8 years and up are permitted. Infants are welcome, up to 9 months (we have no pool safety fence and would prefer infants who are not crawling yet.)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
