Welcome to Buttercup Villa, designed for an unforgettable staycation experience! The living area boasts a comfy sectional couch and a 50-inch smart TV with cable. High-speed internet and ample workspace cater to your remote needs. The expansive sliding glass doors connect the living area to the splendid backyard, featuring a pool, outdoor speaker system, a four-burner propane barbecue, seating for 6, reclining pool chairs, a wood-burning fire pit, and an array of pool floats and toys—a perfect setting for families to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.

The primary bedroom offers a brand new king-sized bed, en-suite full bath, and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom provides a luxurious queen-sized bed with a view of lush palms, while the third bedroom features an extra-wide sofa, ideal for doubling as a toddler bed, with direct access to the yard and pool.

The kitchen, equipped with twin ovens and an induction stove top, is a haven for cooking enthusiasts. Coffee, tea, and a range of kitchen appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Espresso machine, are at your disposal.

In the garage, find a washer, dryer, mini pool table, and 3 bikes for your use. Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway.

The house, a gem for holidays with family and friends, offers complete access to the private backyard with a pool and shaded outdoor sitting area.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
