With hand-painted murals, antique fixtures, and original architectural details, the home reflects the unique character of its era. You may notice a few creaks in the floorboards or a faint scent of history in the air... these are part of the authentic charm of this historic property!

Things to Note:
- Check in start from 5 pm, check-out at or before 10 am.
- Accurate guest count is required at the time of inquiry or booking (additional charges may apply for additional guests)
- All guests are required to send a copy of their ID.
- Guests must be over 21 years old to book.
- The person booking must provide a valid driver’s license, and a signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
- No pets.
- No pool safety fence – please supervise children
- The pool is NOT heated
- Being an older home, please note there is no heating in the house. We do provide space heaters in every bedroom for those chilly days.
- Events welcome- Event fees and additional deposits may apply.

Event Fee & Requirements:

Our event fee is a flat rate of $1,800 for gatherings of 25–50 guests. This fee covers the use of the property and utilities. Guests are responsible for post-event cleanup and must dispose of all trash in tied trash bags. An additional refundable security deposit is required. Lake Worth’s noise ordinance requires that music be turned down by 11:00 PM and moved indoors. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the property address with $1M coverage. Guests must also purchase event liability insurance through EventHelper (approximately $100), with $1M liability and property coverage for the date of the event, and the property address listed on the certificate. Primary guest must be 21+ to book an event.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
