Things to Note:

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. All guests' names will need to be provided before check-in so they can be registered for access, and after-hour gate access granted.
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement to gain access to the PGA National. This is an HOA requirement.
- Gated community with a 24-hour security guard at the entrance.
- An approved pet is welcome! Max. 1 dog under 20lbs (no cats) is allowed with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee paid.

***PARKING NOTICE****
Please note that the HOA does not permit trucks or pickup trucks to park in the general parking areas. Vehicles in violation are subject to fines imposed by the HOA.
- There is ample free parking available in front of the villa.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
