This gorgeous home has 4 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests plus 1 on a convertible sofa chair comfortably. The rooms have been professionally decorated throughout. The house has beautifully rich wooden flooring throughout and the tropical decor with subtle palm accents reflects a tropical, coastal charm. The neighborhood is amazing, close to everything and 15 minutes drive to the Beach!
BEDROOMS:
PRIMARY BEDROOM (EN-SUITE BATH)
The Primary retreat features an En- Suite bathroom with white top counters, large round wood mirror & accents of soft light woods. The Primary bedroom has a King sized bed with light wooden end tables, soft creams & whites, Smart TV & small white dresser. Anyone sleeping in this room will be treated to direct views of the magnificent pool deck.
2ND BEDROOM
The 2nd bedroom is bright, cozy and features a Queen size bed, two wooden nightstands & decorative artwork. Beige Boho-style throw pillows & Coral pink throw. Clean white dresser & rustic rug.
3RD BEDROOM (EN-SUITE BATH)
The 3rd bedroom has a luxurious Queen size bed with dark teals, Florida-style tropical island décor and woven headboard.
4TH BEDROOM
The 4th bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a chair that converts to a single bed. Coral decor with Palm pillows & a light greys.
BATHROOMS:
The home has three full bathrooms to make getting started on your day a breeze. The first is the primary bathroom, with granite marble tops, step in shower, elegant vanity area, and hotel-quality towels.
The 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a shower, with white vanities & soft wooden accents.
KITCHEN:
The impressive huge kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and double stainless fridge with double freezer, a gorgeous tile backsplash, dark rich wooden cabinets & marble counter tops, and loads of additonal cooking preparation space. There is a high breakfast bar with 2 high bar stool. Enjoy a cup of coffee whilst watching the Chef cook! The space is perfect for entertaining, the lounge area features an L-shaped grey sofa with comfy cushions & 2 stylish green upholstered chairs with a modern white table great for playing games, a textured rustic area rug across the wooden floor, and a flat-screen Smart App TV that includes apps that are available for ESPN+, MLB, Disney+, Netflix, HBOMax, Prime Video and others. the living room has direct access onto the pool deck and outdoor seating.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
This is the highlight of the house! This home features a gorgeous outside space with incredible landscaping, beautiful outside lighting, saltwater pool with new diamond bright deck, large Tiki Bar which can seat up to 15 people complete with lighting for those night time get-togethers. Backyard also features a fire pit area and plenty of room to lay out by the pool and have a BBQ. **Please note the pool is NOT HEATED!

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
