The Lighthouse and Wave guest rooms continue the beach theme and share a second full bathroom. Additional guests can use the queen sleeper sofas in the living and family rooms.

**Outdoors:**
Resort-style amenities await with a massive covered saltwater heated pool, high-end grill, smokeless fire pit, and plenty of seating. The pool can be heated during cooler months upon request (additional fee may apply).

The property offers ample parking for four cars, a pack n play for infants, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler), a large-capacity washer and dryer, and a workspace with high-speed internet. -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 30y/o to be able to book the property.

Rates

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
