-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 8 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE.
- Please note: There is NO MUSIC permitted outside. We have very sensitive neighbors, and this is a very quiet street. Please be respectful and keep the noise level down when outside by the pool at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.
- Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.
- The home is pet-friendly. We allow up to 2 small dogs (no cats) with a non-refundable pet fee. Owners are required to pick up after their pets please.
- There is no pool safety fence.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
